Accreditation:
St. Pius V Catholic School is accredited by the Texas catholic Conference Education Department(recognized as an official accrediting body by the Texas Educational Agency). The school is also a member of the National Catholic Educational Association.
 
Religious Programs:
In accordance with the Christian philosophy and goals of St. Pius V School,
religious education is essential and integral component of the curriculum. Students begin the school day in morning prayer and religion is taught daily. Teachers lead students in preparation of the liturgy for weekly mass. In addition, students evangelize to the community through various drives and community activities. Through their evangelization, students come to understand the meaning of being Christ to others.

Monthly Tuition is due on the 1st of each month beginning on July 1st, 2011.

Tuition is based on 11 months and spread out in equal payments. Payment of full year’s tuition received before July 5th, 2011 will be granted a 5% discount. Receive 2% discount for tuition paid in two installments: July 5th, 2011 and January 5th, 2012.

                                                         
All credit card transactions are handle through ACH (
Automated Clearing House) A one time $35 (Non-refundable) Transaction fee is required for credit card transactions per family.

Extended Day 3:30 p.m-6:00 p.m. Refer to break down on the tuition information sheet for afternoon costs.

The tuition you pay does not cover the total cost of educating your child.  The actual cost of educating each child is $5,289.00.  We thank the parishioners of St. Pius V Catholic Church for investing in our school.  We ask that you support us in all our fund raising efforts and other school activities.  Tuition assistance is available to eligible families.  If you are currently receiving Financial Aid you must reapply every year.  Annual Income Eligibility Parent Survey form required at the time of registration

Service Hours:  All families are expected to work at least 10 service hours. If service hours are not completed by May 1st there will be a $25.00/per hour charge for hours not completed. No Sport Service Hour Roll Overs.


Tuition Late Fee
: $45.00 for payments received after the 7th of the month.

Returned Check and ACH Fee:  $40.00 per returned check 

Activity Fee: $25.00 (Per Student)

Fundraising Fee: $300.00 (One Child); $400.00 (2 Children); and $500.00 (3 or more children)

5th Grade Camp Kappe Fee: $95.00 + Aluminum Cans

Sports Fee:  $75 per sport per child – Mandatory for participation and is nonrefundable. 

 

8th Grade Graduation Fee: $75.00
